Penman Strategic takes mentoring to a new level as Ray Warren of Monavis Limited joins our team of Advisors. Ray has a passion for helping people and organisations through the process of recognising the need for change and then effectively implementing that change.

With over 20 years of experience as an FD in large international businesses Ray has built up a superb commercial background. In that time he has also worked with small businesses providing advice on growth plans and steering them through tough times even including supporting them through administration and safely to the other side.

Ray runs his executive coaching practice which is aimed at providing both challenge and support. “I love seeing the MD’s eyes light up when they realise that their original business dream can still be achieved, its just about getting the goals down and then the plan to get there and that is where I come in, making sure the route to success is achievable and that it will happen.”
